Found your problem, you need a little more ram I'd suggest getting another 8GB ram. upgrade your graphics card too. 4GB other than that your good. This is optional but you can get a quad-core (4) instead of a dual (2) but there is 16 and no-one needs that. Hope I fixed your problem!

Instructions + Tutorial: Make alot of pop ups come up. Not a virus or trojan etc. To delete them go to task manager and then right click on microsoft wordpad and right click again and then click end task.
