Hi as mentioned in my message I have already tried all this over and over again, I understand it takes a long time but it keeps failing. I messaged support they replied with the same information you just did am I not being clear i have tried all this over and over again for 3 days.

hey does anyone know the trick with the launcher. iv been trying for 3 days best iv got to is 41% but then i get the message updating process failed everytime. iv seen many others with this problem. so tried alterstaff suggestions to the others and nothing worked surely someone knows the fix without me having to email support. iv never had trouble downloading anything before or problems with game launchers until this. hope i dont sound rude.
