I'm glad you liked the difficulty. It isn't meant to be too hard, but it shouldn't be too easy either haha. A lot of button mashing like a real arcade shooter lol. The pegasus knight is uniquely hard not just because he moves really fast, but because the warning graphic right before the attack barely looks different, so hard to dodge. And sometimes you don't have a lot of magic to fight him!!

That final battle was a serious pain lol. Just so much about it is special and unusual, had to do a lot of special coding to get it to work and it was seriously annoying to troubleshoot lol. But, it came together with an old-school, classic, 1990s plot twist... and me tipping my hat to Metroid, where you get last minute assistance from.. an unexpected source, in the form of a real superweapon.

And then of course, I had to have that final cutscene and old school credits haha. Couldn't resist, and the music fit perfectly.
