Yeah, I think I’m going to have to quit. No one is responded here or on the discord server.
Oh, well.
I’ve finished my game.
I’m using a Scratch mod called “Turbowarp.”
…and it won’t size the screen properly.
It’s supposed to be 260x480, like a phone sort of, but it switches back to default Scratch Screen Size.
If I cannot get this working, the game will never be published, anywhere (vanilla Scratch doesn’t support other screen sizes).
This is basically a game breaking bug.
”Nothing can go Wrong…”
Help!
BTW ~ It works fine in Turbowarp, just not anywhere else.
And yes, I did “Store Settings in Project”
I think that’s just a bug with Scratch…the “touching” block acts up a bit when you start seeing that blurry stuff on the edges there. I’ll test it though…I’ve had a few problems with it myself. I believe it’s just best to use clones, though when you’re competing in a game jam, you don’t have much time to do complicated stuff.
Well, I can’t really share my email for personal privacy reasons, but feel free to reach out on Scratch (or here), I’d be happy to answer any questions you have! I might not be able to answer them all, as I’ve just started learning to code/using Scratch. BTW - If you want a great source of information relating to Scratch, I’d highly recommend the Scratch Wiki. :)
