Thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing! That's a good idea. The light dimming itself was meant to be the measure, but it happens so gradually it's not really informative in that way :)
Good start! I like the ASCII style. Definitely seems unfinished, seems like you get the key for the witches house and then they... drink beer and that's the end? Anyway well done for uploading something.
Gorgeous artwork! The run animation is everything. I found the fog kinda irritating, and it seems like I had to click loads of times sometimes to get it to place one of those yellow things to clear the fog, not sure if its broken or there is a cooldown timer on that ability, but it felt a little clunky. Beautiful looking though and the sounds were great. I like how your inventory just floats behind you, very nice.
