Yes there is choises, where mc reacts and you must chose path. Plus, when those girls try seduce him, just make distance. Btw, MC did not connected the dots or he did, but don't show it, that he realised fact girls being he's kids.

I play for the story. But here you can chose : be shit, be good. There is option.
