The wolf was an ue4 marketplace asset made in May of 2018. So, yeah it was made before the jam and is compliance with all Game Jam rules. I also see that you are going into many other people stuff making negative comments, but the fact is that anyone that can make a fully functional game in 5 days or less should have a lot of praise.....It is not an easy thing to do.
