This might be a huge undertaking, but in game voice chat! Typing is not practical for the sake of time and to keep track of many conversations which commonly occur in the game. This would be a HUGE step in increasing player base and being able to connect more with players in public games; mainly because getting a discord call and 10 friends on at once simply isn't always possible to have an enjoyable game.
