You can squeeze through some of the "tall" openings because when moving up or down the cat has a smaller hit box. ;)
Thanks for trying it out! As for not being able to float back up that is an issue with the web build only while not in fullscreen. The settings menu with the fullscreen toggle is in the bottom right of the main menu.
