In the latest version a type chart is available from the map menu. And a couple lines were added to the tutorial to point the player to it.
I've added the stage number to the save file display in the latest version, but maybe I can add it to the stage conditions window as well.
There is a soft rest combination actually to instantly load the last save while on the map, A+B+L+R (Z + X + page up + down on keyboard). I should add that to the description maybe.
Good to hear you've enjoyed it thus far! A version with all the attack animations is still a ways off, thank you for your patience.
