It's quite odd, I tried a fresh install again today and I am able to run the game with no problems. I couldn't say how my previous issue resolved itself.
I'm having trouble running the latest public build (10.0). When I run the application, the game fails to load and gives an error code: 0xc000012f. I'm using the PC version on Windows 10.
