Thanks for letting us know, Narkomanji, we appreciate it! We'll experiment with solutions for this lag, and how to fix it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! we've fixed this in update 3, which we just published. You'll want to start a new save, but this issue should no longer occur.

Thanks so much for playing our game, Murder Mouse! We've just released our most recent update, we hope you enjoy (you will probably want to start a new save for this one, it's a doozy)! We haven't thought far enough ahead to think past itch.io, but having a dedicated website isn't out of the realm of possibility. In terms of the hourly challenge, we agree! We want to get a single minigame to an enjoyable state, but are actively considering other games to add on a rotation, and we absolutely loved your Quack-A-Duck, and Loaf Catching game ideas!

Thanks so much for your enthusiasm, it really makes us so happy to know that there are players out there who enjoy what we've made.

If possible, would you be able to elaborate on what glitched with the Duck O' XP?

We've got an update in progress that will alleviate the issue with having 2000 ducks and individually upgrading them. We're also looking into what may be wrong with the Maximum Science achievement, to see what may be wrong.

Thanks for pointing this out to us, Epicgamer2592. Our developer thought this was fixed, and is trying to figure out why it's still broken. We'll have an update out to (hopefully) fix this once and for all.

Hi PbICb259, just wanted to let you know that we've pushed an update to the game and now your ducks should be back in working order. We've also retooled the Research tab to be less tedious. Hope you enjoy!

Hi Murder Mouse, thanks for the question! When you have a super duck, in exchange for producing more bread of its tier, it eats more bread when it's hungry. Bread that is required for feeding should be the bread produced by the previous tier of duck.

Super ducks have a huge metabolism, since they're baking so much!

Hi Murder Mouse, thanks for playing our game, we appreciate the feedback! We agree that it's slow. We initially intended for the game to be a true idler, something that you checked in on every once in a while, and later on were able to set and forget. However we've discovered that there are some tweaks to implementation of that idea that could massively improve playability and enjoyment while still allowing the game to feel like an "idler."

Hi dbfnq, thanks for playing the game! It's been one of the main feedback points that we've received about the game, and are testing ideas to make the research process feel better to use, and not just a waiting game after grinding out the science bread.

(1 edit)

Hi PbICb259 thanks for playing the game! We're working on testing a fix to this right now, thanks for identifying the bug!

We hear you on the Research portion as well, it's been one of the main points of feedback we've received, and we're working on ways to make it less tedious and more rewarding.

Thanks for playing! We accidentally added an extra digit in our code. This has been fixed and will be remedied in a coming update.
