I suppose if you were clever enough about how you word it, you could probably create a contract to "program" Doom into a wall in the hotel (with magic color changing tiles or something similar to serve as a display).

Like in the other headcanon topic this is more of an educated guess than strictly headcanon, but I think Asterion is demisexual (only sexually attracted to people after forming a close emotional bond with them). The topic of sex otherwise makes him uncomfortable so he usually plays dumb whenever Luke decides to be Luke.
At the start of the drinking game, when Luke asks his test question ("drink if you've ever sucked a dick"), Kota's initial reaction is to look at you and Asterion. It's likely he just wants someone with authority to step in and veto the question, but I think it could also be interpreted as him being curious about your and Asterion's relationship. Though more damning is that depending on which characters are present, he'll get caught cheating (failing to drink) after a particularly raunchy question.
Also, during the scene where he opens up to you, if you play the Speedrunner route you get a unique response option that elicits a very interesting reaction from him.
Not sure if it counts as a headcanon since I think there's a lot of evidence pointing to it, but I think Kota is almost as big of a pervert as Luke, he's just more discreet about it.
Luke has probably gone to TFF or ACFI to get laid.
When I initially started playing the game I assumed the reason the hotel couldn't produce salt was because salt was once used as currency in ancient Rome. However, it's later stated to be because salt has mystical properties so that headcanon was wrong.
Kota did not put piss in that beer. If he did, it would probably improve the flavor.
Except for when I went for the Ruthless endings I always let Asterion have white fur since he explicitly tells you it's his preference (if you ask), and I never changed it (except when gold fur became an option in one playthrough because Asterion changed it himself). So I was wondering if anyone doesn't stick with white fur on a typical playthrough, and if not for what reason.
Personally, I think I would try to make the hotel more than just a hotel. At risk of sounding a bit like Greta, I feel like the hotel has potential to be more than just a place for those with nowhere else to go. What if some of those people don't have any prospects in life? Sure, working for the hotel is an option, but perhaps the hotel could be expanded to have facilities for those seeking self-improvement. Working internet is a good start, but a more traditional library with every book the hotel has ever copied has its benefits as well. Perhaps guests looking to learn new languages could tutor each other in a space where they can freely turn the hotel's translation effect off and on. With the hotel's ability to re-create objects, perhaps guests could learn to use new tools or play a musical instrument. And of course, there are already options for athletic facilities for any wishing to improve their physical health.
It might be a bit removed from the hotel's mission but I think those options and more could be helpful to guests.
I kind of got the impression that Asterion was fairly young (early teens, perhaps) when King Minos sent him to Daedalus's labyrinth, though that doesn't necessarily preclude anything... as pointed out above if we assume he isn't lying during the drinking game he seems to have not done anything physical, but there are times where it seems like he's playing dumb when the topic of sex comes up so who knows?
Okay I've played the current build all the way through 3 times at this point, and something I've pieced together is that Argos/Nikos seems to speak or at least understand English. From completing Khenbish's route I learned the hotel often has trouble translating wordplay. Nikos contacts Asterion using Greek but "nose" the memes he forwards to you well enough to quote them later on depending on the choices you make. If you have Khenbish on staff Nikos has a cute scene with him where Khenbish is cooking saganaki for him and Nikos tries to break the tension by saying "cheesed to meet you..." which just confuses the boar. Now I don't know Greek but I doubt that pun works in both languages, so it seems at that point Nikos is speaking English. So yeah, I think Argos is bilingual but primarily speaks English for whatever reason.
I'm also with the MC on not understanding how or why a snake man who directly works for a Greek god is Christian. I'm pretty sure snakes are viewed as inherently evil in most Abrahamic religions. Then again, Nikos often talks about how snakes are meant to be deceptive, maybe it's some kind of guilt complex.
Also, I think in my latest playthrough the MC hugged Nikos like... 5 times? And the description of him drinking water after his near miss with the Effigy is oddly cute. Makes me feel nostalgic for when I was a child and my dad would have me hold his Burmese python whenever he cleaned out his habitat. That snake was so docile, I was never afraid of being bitten or strangled by him.
just finished my first playthrough (well, through chapter 19), planning to make an in depth post about that later, but something that specifically stuck out to me in the MC's discussion with Kota at the end of the chapter was his insistence on working on contracts with Asterion, especially finding and attempting to undo the contracts that prevent Asterion from having relationships with guests or being nude in front of them. Naturally he states it's an equality/trust thing and part of his overall mission to undo any damage caused by the previous masters, but he also talks about the hotel's future and how he won't be around forever. Maybe I'm reading a little too much into it, but to me it felt like the MC is actually considering the likelihood that Asterion will outlive him (which he definitely will as long as he is the labyrinth's prisoner) and may be trying to make it possible for Asterion to find love after the MC's eventual passing.
