Not that is needed I restarted the game and played it 3 new games last few days to play all 3 evil mode character for the 1st game I had that problem I still have that saved in slot 1 quest was not completed and all three chest was opened so couldn't open the chest again thus unable to complete the quest at all.

All three chest is opened I still get the message I still need a base.

I actually opened all three chest before I got to evil mode.

Where's the base for evil mode I keep exploring every where I can't find it it's not where I get the key or the purple torch place where the heck is it anyone knows

The author of this game is Russian don't think she can post anything out of Russia with what going on.
