I can't remember exactly where it was, but part of the missing 8gb were python resource files installed for the AI to run. 

You're gonna wanna pick up this program:

called TreeSize Free. It essentially just looks at your file system and shows you what folders are taking up space. You'll see your largest folder (maybe steam/common/steamapps) at the top, and then the next largest folder in your file system, and the next, and so on. If you see anything you don't recognize, or see something relating to python's resource files, then you've found the folder that I found. You might want to google the filenames of some stuff to see if its important or if it can be deleted safely. 

I actually ran the GodAi install again to look at the items listed in the install and see if I could find them, which you may want to do as well. There could be files that it installed for you that I may have already had installed on my pc, so your missing space could be completely different from mine if, say, you already have python resources on your pc, but not some other resources that are included in the installer.

Still can't figure out how to delete postgres folder under users.

Need to know what files the command prompt window installed and how to remove ALL of them. I tried running this once, my pc froze and crashed and now runs significantly slower. Additionally, the install process created (without informing me) a new folder under users (postgres) so that the program can more easily install its own files. I deleted the folder that GodAi was installed in (which, by the way, was 17gb. you should mention the file size somewhere on your page) but there are still ~8gb of formerly free space on my ssd now taken up by something the command prompt installed. I can't find whatever else was installed because I'm already strapped for space on my SSD and I don't need 8gb going to waste on whatever the program installed.

 I'd like to know what the command prompt installed when it ran for the first time, and how to remove all of it. 

ALSO, the new user that the command prompt created (postgres) can't be deleted because it seems to be running in a background program that I can't find, I'd like to uninstall whatever is doing that as well. I hope this doesn't come across as too angry, but I downloaded this with the expectation that it wouldn't be detrimental to using my pc, but it is, and I feel like your page needs to be a lot more transparent about what exactly people are downloading and what resources will be used in installing and running your program.
