No plugin was used. I set up 2 separate skill types, one for power attacks and one for the class, in this case warrior. I then set up the specific skills associated with the warrior class.
I am very sorry for not getting back to you sooner. It is not based on a plugin. It is set up in the types menu I had set up Power Attack and Warrior in their own types. I then set the skills to be for that specific class, in this case Warrior. I was using RPG Maker MV.
