did try the science lab in ark city but didnt remove the one from my face

had an issue with the parasites when they beated me i had one attached to my head and when trying to remove it, it wont come off and is classing me as indecent 

never mind manage to pass it think was having bad luck with alissa

getting stuck on one of the parts with hanging out with cassie and alissa it says in the abandoned town but i searched all over and tried safe house but was never able to figure out how to do it
