get health and mana potion

steal the npc belt, but dont just advance the dialogue, steal all of her clothes while the dialogue box is there, make sure not to accidentally click to advance too much

steal all the guards armor, heal if you need to 

when you did, play with her clit or tits until the pink bar is full

sell all the clothes you got, the armor and npc clothes

buy everything with the money you got, (knife is for cutting pubic and normal hair and brush is for writing things on her)

(you have to learn thievery and magic during battle if you do)

(use the staff for tentacles)

then, you trigger it again by slapping the npc with her belt, if you want her naked, and steal all of the guard clothes, and sell them

you can also cut her pubic hair or her bun

you can also steal her axe

thats how i beat her

knowing how many times to have sex is good though
