There are prerequisites for every rule. For example, you need a certain amount of influence or discipline. If you have not achieved these, you cannot issue the rules. The current status is shown in the agenda, the requirements in the respective agenda items.

I'm not sure I understand the pricing policy. If I had bought V0.2.1 (4$) and V0.3 (9,10$) I would be at 13,10$. V0.4 then costs even more? And each additional version and I have to pay the full price? And I have to live with the fact that the game might never be released!

If I were you, I would think again about this pricing policy, especially since the Early Access for 20$ was mentioned. I would actually be there immediately. I would also pay 30$ Early Access for an indie game. But certainly not 7 or more versions with 9$ and more each without knowing if the game will ever be finished. I won't pay more than 50$ for a full-price game either.

So, count me in for the Early Access, but with this pricing policy not earlier.

When I started to play everything worked fine, but after a while playing there are more and more issues:

* while at first the share was payed at the brothed I now receive a share of 50% that is always 0
* moving from one region to another (for example in or out town to mine or ...) the appearance is turned back to standard and all stats are reset. I am always virgin and not pregnant after traveling. It worked till I met myself in Torus world.
* in the the shrines seems to be mixed up. At first I was able to circle through the three shrines to sacrafice three times. Moving with the wall to the left side to the next shrine, I always gave the first and second sacrifice. I seems I am ported while giving sacrafice so that I had to go sacrafice, move left and sacrafice, move back right and sacrafice. That is the solution for now. And the cultist at the third shrine is missing, too.
* after meeting myself I cannot choose the scene when I am loosing.
* after meeting myself there is more damage fighting without weapons then with.
* the bottom of the new living armor vanishes when entering a house so I am always nude down there :D

So the issues get worse the longer I play. Perhaps I need to start all over but I am not sure it will help when coming to some points in the plot again.
I don't know if someone could help me, because the game itself is nice with nice barbarian character for playing.
