I'm having this problem too. That passage might not be developed yet or something, unfortunately. I'm a little disappointed because I spent over 15 hours playing this game only to be stuck here. Additionally, I think that it would be really helpful to have a description of the effects of the abilities, along with type weaknesses/health bars for enemies.
