Hey, everyone!

For those who played Managun Wizard, you know I tried some experimental mechanics, mainly manual reloading by hovering the pointer over the wizard and adding a delay before shooting. After discussions on Reddit, I found many players found these confusing. So, I’ve decided to switch to more familiar mechanics: now, you can shoot with LMB and reload your managun with the R key.

+++ Plus I've added an automatic reloading feature! If you run out of ammo, your managun will reload automatically after a few seconds. This should help in tough situations where maneuverability is more important than aiming.

The updated version is already  live!

Since I’m developing Managun Wizard solo, your suggestions are incredibly valuable. Honest feedback and wishlists help make the game better and speed up the process.

New features are coming — stay tuned!

I'm really glad you enjoyed it, especially the power-up system — it means a lot to hear that. I appreciate the kind words!

Today, a pre-alpha of my new game Managun Wizard is out for all indie game lovers. It's an action survival game where you play as a mage armed with a powerful magic shotgun. To fire, you need to manually reload your managun. This is an experimental mechanic, and I really need your feedback on how easy it feels to use. It goes without saying, ALL COMMENTS are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time, and I hope this brave little wizard will be worth it!

Epic vibes in every track — this music pack is pure magic!

Thanks for the quick reply. Nice to see that the dark assets pack is being planned. And good luck with the snow pack! I have no doubt it will be as awesome as the others.

Any plans for some Shadowlands or Graveyard assets, or another ranger pack that fits Halloween vibes?

Hello. Sorry for bothering you, but I'm also a Construct developer and I wonder how you managed to implement such smooth obstacle angle changes when the player moves?

Hello! Thank you so much for playing my game and creating a video about it. I'm thrilled to hear you had fun and I appreciate the coverage on your social media pages on YouTube and X!

Is there any hope that the colored version will also be available for sale?

I like 'Dire Decks'. I've mentioned the game in the 'Spellfolio' description (at the end).

Hey there! I'm happy to spread a word about 'Spellfolio' here.

'Spellfolio' is a roguelite deckbuilder with elements of shoot 'em up where you should tactically think about which spells and upgrades suit your gameplay style best. Learn different sorts of magic and summoning folios to create the best set of magic scrolls to defeat waves of enemies.

Some links to help you find the game:

- STEAM https://store.steampowered.com/app/2846430/Spellfolio/

I'm posting this to express my gratitude to everyone who played the 'Spellfolio' demo. Your reviews, videos, and kind words provide me with a lot of motivation to develop games that bring fun to you!
If you haven't tried 'Spellfolio' yet, what are you waiting for? It's free.

Hey there! Thank you for your kind words and suggestions on how to improve the game. I'll definitely take them into consideration. You're absolutely right about Dire Decks. I've featured this game and its developer in the 'Spellfolio' description.

Nice! I'm glad you enjoyed playing 'Spellfolio'. Did you play it in your browser or did you download it on PC via Steam?

Yeah, that's a good idea. I'll definitely consider it. Thanks!

I noticed that spells are passing through enemies, yet I can still hear the sound of enemy annihilation. Is this a bug you encountered, or is it because of the video casting?

After 24 hours since releasing the free demo, 'Spellfolio' climbed to 2nd place in the 'New and popular' card games on itch.io. It's really exciting to see people enjoying your game. Thank you to everyone who has played (and is still playing)!🙌

Greetings, indie games community! I'm thrilled to announce that the 'Spellfolio' demo is now completely free to play. I hope you enjoy your time with it, and I eagerly await any reviews, suggestions, or bug reports you may have.

I've never encountered anything quite like this before. So, great work once again! I understand how challenging it can be to find the time and motivation to develop your own games while juggling a full-time job. I wish you plenty of opportunities to pursue what you're truly passionate about!

After all these years, I still find this game idea very cool. I can't help but wonder, is this your original concept, or were you inspired by another game?

No, not only on Steam. I'm about to post a demo on itch.io as well. Maybe I'll do it next week, after additional testing.

I've put a lot of effort into making 'Spellfolio', my latest game. I think it's clear what the game is about from its store page, but I could be wrong. So, would you be interested in trying out the Spellfolio demo?

If you're keen, remember to add it to your wishlist to catch the demo, for sure.

Can't leave your page without a comment. Awesome work! Keep it up. Looking forward to seeing more of your art.

What's the reason for keeping it restricted? Apologies if my question seems too direct. I'm just curious because your assets might not sell as much if access to them remains so limited.

Hello, earlier I added your big Skull Boss to my assets collection. Today, when checking to buy it, it seems the boss is deleted. Wondering what happened and if there's a chance to still purchase that asset?

Could you please share additional information about the bosses included in the pack?

Thank you for your quick response. I'm curious to know if you have plans to release the additional characters shown in the pack's description image.

Hello,

I am interested in your character pack and would appreciate it if you could provide a detailed list of all the characters included in the pack, along with information about their animations. I'm very impressed with your artistic style, and having this information would greatly assist my purchase decision.

Perfect!

Is it possible to purchase a specific wisp individually, rather than buying the entire pack?

Awesome! Thank you.

You are a very talented artist. Frankly speaking, your current portrait versions are much better than anything I could create. If you add them to this pack, it would make me very happy!

Hey! I purchased your Eleonore and Dynamic Status Bars asset packs today. It seems I misunderstood the content. I thought the asset pack would include Eleonora's portrait, as shown here: [https://otsoga.itch.io/pixel-asset-tester]. Unfortunately, it doesn't. Could you please consider adding portraits of your heroes to the pack? Thank you in advance.

Same

I'm about to create a roguelike card game, and I'm currently looking for a great asset pack of fearsome (even creepy) enemies. There is a beautiful pack created by Ghazi, but all the enemies there are in a pixel art style, while I'm searching for non-pixel sprites.
Can anyone recommend some?
UPD:  It is not required for the asset pack to be placed exclusively on itch.io. Any additional sources are highly appreciated.
