that's completely understandable, it was just a shot in the dark, because I'm a game dev too and I know I shouldn't expect a cross-version save-load system with such a big gap between the versions.
I was able to get to where I was pretty quickly since I could read the dialogs quicker, I'm actually loving this! amazing job with everything!

question, I've been playing v0.1.3, and reached the limited levels of romance and stuff on all girls except one. I'm going to upgrade to v0.4.4. should I make a fresh start, or can I continue my save without losing any new things? 

Good job! I really liked the art, also it's really nice that you didn't forget the sound design. I've seen a lot of horror games that weren't able to create a good atmosphere, but you did a good job on that.
I'm not sure if you wanna update it in the future but this seems like a solid start, I really hope I could see more of this :3

I have a question about the game development. If I'm not mistaken, this was asked and answered before, but it seems like I can't go back and find it again. do you mind telling me what engine you used for the characters/scenes?
I know there are a bunch of engines to create the needed assets for adult visual novels, I just can't find any names again...
would appreciate any information <3
