Use the font from the second option and change the color to one of the orange colors from the first one. Or if you wanted to keep the white color of the text, use a black transparent layer  behind the title and other text elements that should make it easier to read and draw the user in with the title. 

I like the art style shown in the images, very old school early apple / pc adventure game looking like Kings Quest, Space Quest and Others of that era. Looking forward to seeing the completed game.
