Question and spoilers

I assuming that we surpose to have farewell gift after achieve good ending and it would display on our main menu (maybe it would follow the order of the rainbow).

I've alr get the good end with Ollie (i think so) and i think the farewell gift would be his 2nd place medal but I dont see it back the main menu. 

Sooo can anyone help me with some guide to Best/ Good end in chapter 1 and 2
