Oh man. First off, I love the lineless style you chose and the slight tweened animations. I REALLY Like the story, the suddenness yet subtleness of ending especially. Something something spending such a long time so far apart from someone close to you that you never realize that tragedy struck them because the only time you try to contact them is when tragedy is about to strike you. Or something. I'm not a poet.

It was simple and quite fun! The graphics are really cute and did a good job of conveying of what everything was :]

It was very slip n slide-ey but I personally had a lot of fun slipping around for a bit. Was a bit odd to throw wherever I was facing, rather than towards my mouse, though it was fun regardless. Your ammo being the same as your health was a nice touch. I quite like the overall environment of the game as well!

I really like the deck feature! The cards have nice designs :]

The win screen absolutely terrified me when it popped up lol. I think the premise is cool, though the gameplay didn't require much actual thought or strategy regardless of which ability you ended up with.

I loved the pixel artwork in here! The music is also funky and fitting. The major arcana cards in particular were a really neat mechanic that added a bit of variety to every run :]

Sort of reminds me of those typing games lol. It's a fun minigame! Not quite something you can play forever, but what is anyhow.

I found the paddle to be a bit fast for a brick breaker, though I quite like how the cards counted down as you hit them!

I am so sorry that posted like. 10 times. absolute hell on planet my internet connection.

I think this is a really fun concept! Got through the game without much issue save for the bit in level 5 with the tunnel.  The amount momentum you get jumping off of the moving one caught me a bit off guard, but after getting used to it, it was alright.

If you're still looking for people, I'd be happy to help out with visual art & playtesting!!

I can't buckle down and stay online for the full duration of the jam if that's what you were looking for, though I'd like to help wherever I can.
