Thanks so much for using my assets!! I finally got around to play the game :3 It's fairly short! I'm interested in the story and where it's going. I really like the character design and the atmosphere of the game. Also I don't usually like voice acting but I really liked it here, with the atmosphere I found it really worked!

I've gone and interacted with items around the world, and one piece of advice I want to give is when players interact with items, make sure it's the event is set on the interactable tile (shelf for example) and event activation is set to "when interacted with" (or something like that). Another thing is I went to the breakroom and then back to the store and the opening dialogue played again. I'm assuming you've used an autorun event that self disables at the end, or something like that. A way to disable it for good is to use a local switch (for example, at the end, turns on local switch B -> create a new empty page that only runs if local switch B is activated). It's been a while since I've opened RPG Maker VX Ace, I hope I explained that well :O

Another note on the gameplay in itself, I definitely didn't expect combat for some reason, especially not classical JRPG type, but I liked it! The combat was kind of hard at first because I wasn't sure what to do but I quickly got the hang of it and I "only" died to the boss once :O It was pretty fun! It got me wondering what the different elements of magic for and if they will play a bigger part in the next games!

Anyway I hope you continue making games!! Best of luck <3

Omg!! Thanks!! I'll have to check it out later <3 Also added it to the page (let me know if that's not ok!!)

I did take inspiration from Aqua, but these aren't just edits of their work. That being said if you can tell easily that they look like Aqua's, I suppose I made them too similar. That being said, the style is really different, so I don't believe this is causing any harm. But thank you for notifying Aqua, if they feel wronged then I will take them down - I'm not really making any money of these anyhow. Have a good day

Waaaah thank you!!!! Really appreciate it I hope you enjoy working with them <3

I just saw this <3 Thanks I will check it out!

Hi thank you that means a lot~ Yes you can use them in this way! Feel free to drop a link so I can check the game out when it's done :)

Thank you for playing I hope you had a good time!!~

Thank you!!~ No not necessarily! Although I think there's more meaning if you at least get the 2 different variations that depend on how strongly Zephyr/Deli believes in not being from this world. It's a story where everything is up to interpretation/symbolic as I like to make, lol. So endings are really only just different suggestions of interpretation but it's not that important to get all of them. Ty for playing!

Aw thank you that means a lot <3

Oh!!!!!!!! That makes so much sense yeah... I just thought it got corrupted when uploading... Thank you so much for letting me know this it's so helpful <3

I'm rlly glad you liked it~

Yes the game is confusing on purpose! I love to make things that are like intended for a certain audience to get. But I will clear some things up below-

Yes, the girl is Jane. It is left confusing on purpose, but is supposed to be cleared up by the two "grave" locations (the stele says "Jane") and Jun- guy with greyish hair calling out "Jane?" in the home scene.

Jane is a ghost indeed. Jane perceives herself as dead/a ghost due to the way she feels.

The game is about suicide ideation and loved ones around attempting to reach out to a loved one dealing with suicidal thoughts.

Jun and Raven are attempting to help her feel more alive. The resolution is found by letting go of the dead forest (metaphor for feelings of despair) instead of trying to heal it, since it's already too late for it- bad events happened and cannot be undone- so Jane is helped by feelings of kinship and being given a secure environment.

Thank youuuu for your nice comment I really appreciate it!!!

I've reuploaded a new file for the game.

Normally your save should still be compatible with the new version- what you want to do is take your save out of the game folder before deleting the folder and then reinstalling it. Then, put your savefile back in the main folder (where Game.exe is).

Please let me know if that fixes it- and thank you for playing my game <3

Thank you so much!

Huh i see, I don't think I've seen that happen while testing, I'll see if I can fix it at some point. Thanks for the headsup!

Hi! Thanks for your feedback, maybe the dialogue is too ambiguous there? She's actually saying you should go ahead and fetch it. You need to retrieve it from somewhere in the kitchen and then go back to the stove.

Thank you so much!

Ive grown so attached to this plant in just 5 minutes!... This game is very emotional, thank you for making it.

This game has an otherworldly and eerie feel to it. The premise is simple but the fact that you're forced into a defensive gamestyle makes it interesting. Well done!

I liked this game, especially for its ambiance. I hope you get around to fixing the bugs however, as it really shouldn't have been released in its current state. The game is still playable, though and once the bugs are fixed it will be very good.
