In regards to the random "deaths", there's usually an audio cue to let you know which side they're coming from. The shark girl, on the other hand usually blitzes you when you least expect it, but you can still hear the door open (most of the time). As for the power switch, the button pattern is on the office wall from left to right.

Hol' up... solo? All this done by one soul?  Story, models, scenes, all of it? Bravo.
