I love the PSX style, the suspense in this game works great, but I didn't quite get what happened at the end. Anyway, the game is worth a look!

Oh, I remember this game! Its so cool and creepy!

After this game, if I go into the kitchen at night to make myself a sandwich, any extraneous sound could give me a heart attack :D

Hi, Niven! So glad your game made it to the top again! Another great, creepy story on a very important topic. Brilliant!

Great game, even though I feel bad for the capybara, multiple endings are always a good thing!

It's a great game, you can solve riddles and get a good scare here - excellent!

Here is a little gameplay review, I think this game will appeal to fans of survival horror games

Thank you so much for creating this game. It touches on very important issues that many more people face than one might imagine at first glance.

Wow, for a first game this is pretty good! There were some really scary moments, great job!

Often, surreal games can be pretty boring, but that’s definitely not the case with Paraedolon! In an impressively short time, it tells a terrifying yet captivating story. I REALLY enjoyed it—bravo!

Hi Niven! So excited to play your game again! I’m a big fan of your work, especially Perfect Spot! And this game is just as great, with such an intense and immersive creepy atmosphere!

Well, it was intresting, and it was really fun!
I think there should be more checkpoints, cause start game almost from the scratch - it can be lil boring. But anyway - game is really good!

I'm thrilled with this game! The concept, the execution—everything’s top-notch! Like I mentioned in the video, dolls, just like clowns, make for a perfect theme in horror games.

On one hand, it's a very calming game, but on the other, it's a bit eerie and unsettling. I really enjoyed it!
P.S. My cat loved the intro screen LOL

Sure!

Great demo version of the game! The story grabs your attention, and after talking to the town’s residents, there's an unsettling feeling that lingers. And most importantly, the jumpscare was genuinely terrifying!

Hey Eys, happy to see your second game in the top of itch.io! This time the jump scare really got me, it appeared so suddenly and scared me to death! Looking forward to even more amazing games from you!

Hey! I left a theory about the ship's name in a pinned comment under my video: https://youtu.be/e6LjLlJOHLc

I also left this theory here if you scroll down a bit.

Well... that was... intense. This is one of the three games I’ve played this year that left an INDELIBLE impression and holds a special place in my heart.

Oh, I remember those times. Many years ago, my mom caught me playing Postal 2, and she caused such a scene that I thought I wouldn't make it out alive! Hang in there, buddy, we're with you!

The more I play this game, the more I’m consumed by the darkness and horror of everything happening, and the realization that we’re playing as a dangerously insane psychopath.

I love it when cute things are mixed with horror—like Doki Doki or Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared—it’s all done so well, and Mint's Hints is no exception! Great execution, story, and an intriguing ending!

Here's something inrtesting about Pony Express space freighter "Tulpar"

Tulpar is a legendary winged or celestial horse in Turkic mythology, akin to the Greek Pegasus. The wings of Tulpar were not necessarily for flight but symbolized its unparalleled speed. This mythical horse has been immortalized in various cultural symbols.

Tulpar = Horse = Pony Express

This game holds a special place in my heart, a magnificent, chilling, and terrifying story of human madness.

An excellent, truly scary game! Despite being short, this game manages to tell a story, immerse you in it, and give you a good scare! There are much longer and more boring games on itch.io, but this one is really well done! Great job!

I'm really glad the game is back on itch.io because it disappeared after I played it. Happy that the issue got sorted out, since it's a truly scary game that everyone should try! I'll leave my video here in the comments as a part of the history—it's a playthrough of the first version of the game!

I really liked the idea of this game. But everything was moving too slowly, and oh my god, it seriously needs a couple of jumpscares!

I absolutely loved this game! The story and atmosphere are so dark that they’re truly terrifying! Incredible work!

It’s been over six months since I played this game, and it’s still one of the most brilliant and unparalleled games I’ve ever experienced. I often listen to the music from the game, and the memories of the story fill me with both terror and admiration. You’re a genius, Alex Craig!

I really enjoyed this game, the monster was so cute! Great idea with the multiple endings, well done!

I'm really loving this game, and I'd love to see a full version! That jumpscare at the end totally caught me off guard, lol

I only understood the plot about the killer car when I was carefully watching and editing the video, lol :D

I had to struggle in the warehouse, and in the end, the car didn’t give me a chance to survive. Not a bad game with good potential!

I really enjoyed cooking in this game, but I was hoping to see more jumpscares!

Here are my thoughts on the demo version, shared in the video (13:27)

From a mechanics perspective, I would really love MUCH more clarity. For example, specifying that interactions with objects are on "E" instead of the mouse button, and having clear inventory controls so players don’t end up smashing all the keys on the keyboard trying to figure it out. It might also be helpful to add a task system, so players don’t wander around aimlessly, unsure of what to do next.

Anyway, this game has huge potential!

WHAAAAT!? Horror game about doner!? I think I know what should I play!

I'm thrilled with this game! I love it when games have well-defined plots and unexpected twists, and after playing, there are no lingering questions like 'What was that all about?'—just fear and the realization of the horror of everything that happened!

This game really scared me with that first jumpscare! So I definitely enjoyed it! But I’d love to know—what happens in the end? The game just cuts off, and we never find out what happens in the end.

Thanks! I'll definitely check out your games!

That's super fun! The game reminded me of the good old flash games where you just have to kill everything that moves! Brought back childhood memories, big respect for that!

It was an interesting experience; the game constantly keeps you on edge with a very oppressive atmosphere—I loved it!
