I think it has something to do with your save, because when I put the updated files in my game folder I had the same issue, but when I made a folder without the old saves I was able to play the game normally

There is a bug that throws an error forcing you to rollback the game when doing the introduction 3 quest for Ed to have dinner.

Restart take the first lust point in intake, then only masturbate for 4 days, when you hit 5 lust points then do the canteen scene, photoshoot then nurse scene 1, then second photshoot then 2nd nurse scene i am sitting at 17  by then after that it is a piece of cake i ended at 117ish on a bad ending

So for every one who can't get to 10 your first 4 to 5 should be to masturbate, don't do the other scenes, after that two days a a nurse will net 4, the encounter in the lunch room 1 and whatever the photoshoot gets you as wel
