You cannot fight the Church currently, you can go into the Outskirts through the barrier unlocking the Old Club.
But currently you cannot go to the other side of the town/the side of the Church

current version for free (0.7) only has a part of the Power route, the complete Asuka route, Mirai (the scene youre missing might be one you can find in the world, like going to the kitchen, i know theres a scene there) and the Mitsuri fragment.
0.8 has the free-use with Power and Asuka, the end of the Power route, the New Years animations and 0.9 will start Rebecca's route.

Pretty much yes, if thats all you want you can start with the new content, since it unlocks everything that was in previous versions.

you unlock it if Power likes you, just make decisions you think she will like

When you finish Asuka's route you get a Portal Fragment, you can unlock Mitsuri with it. (More Portal Fragment characters will come in the future)

in this update its only the bathroom one, the rest of the power route will come in the next update

no cheats but theyre not really necessary in my opinion.

How do i unlock Mei? Im at day 80 or so and no End Of War celebration as far as i can remember.
