Is arcane still not fixed? Most weapons/tools are not scaling with arcane at all

Made an arcane build. Non-tricked tonitrus does 2-3 damage, so you need to use the tricked weapon buff to actually do damage. The problem is that activating the weapon trick takes too long and it is impossible to do in the middle of a battle. Also the buff only lasts couple of seconds so you can do 1 or 2 attacks and then you need to enter the menu again to buff it.
