about the speed, there is a way to gain it more easily. i forgot to acknowledge the fact that sliding on slopes gives higher acceleration than running on them in the tutorial. the slide after diving will slow you down over time, but sliding normally won’t.
the speed loss when killing an enemy at mach 3 is intentional, but i will reduce the amount loss in a future build if it’s too much.
