Does he need to be in Bareshade when the houses are builded or do I need to meet him somewhere else such as Track or River's Bank?

I have done all parts of Orc war and it doesn't say anything in questlog, it doesn't show me the cups like on other finished events.

Another quesstion about gifs. For Logan it says "Tank Top" does that mean as material shirt "Tank Top" or person Tank "Tank Top"?
