LowPolis is still in early access. For this reason it may still have some errors stopping you from playing. If you have any issue with running the game you can ask here. Developers will try to help you. 

To make solving technical issues easier for us all follow these rules:

• Check FAQ first. There is a chance that your issue is so common we have decided to put it in the FAQ.
• Browse through Technical help for posts on similar issues. There is a high chance that a problem similar to yours has already been mentioned.
• Try to attach Player.log, screenshots or a video as it lets us understand your problem better.

How to find log files and saved games?

On Windows saved games and log files are there:

C:\Users\ [UserName]\AppData\LocalLow\BroWar Collective\LowPolis

On Linux saved games and log files are under:

~/.config/unity3d/BroWar Collective/LowPolis

On macOS you’ll find files under these:

Logs: ~/Library/Logs/BroWar Collective/LowPolis    
Saves:  ~/Library/Application Support/BroWar Collective/LowPolis

Keep in mind that AppData (Windows) and Library (macOS) folders might be hidden in your file browser.

LowPolis is still in the early access. There may be some bugs in the game. If you have experienced one while playing the game you can report it by creating a topic in this section. To make it easier we've prepared a few tips:

• Make sure that the bug has not been reported by another player.
• Try to attach Player.log, screenshots or a video as it helps us to track down the bug and understand it better.
• If you are able to reproduce the error, please send us the detailed steps.

Hi Kimmy! We are glad to hear that! Of course you are free to make as many videos as you want :)

This may happen when your graphics card doesn't support the newest OpenGL  versions. I suggest updating  drivers but if it doesn't help, there might be nothing  more than upgrading hardware to do.

We wanted to aim for more psychological experience so the game is kept in the horror tunes but doesn't contain jumpscares :)

It is very unlikely for the game to crash you computer. Do you have enough disc space for launching the game?

We are not able to tell whether the game is running on such specs. Did you try to play it? What was your experience?

We resigned from horror tricks on purpose to make Don't Trust more thriller/drama with only a little feeling of menace in the gameplay. We do know the endings are not the best ones we could get but still for 48h it was all we could do. Thanks to all the feedback we are planning to develop the idea more in the future so stay tuned :)

Thank you for comment and the video! We do know that the ending is not clarified enough and may be hard to notice - we had 48 hours to make the game and didn't think about it that way. We are thinking on extending the idea and making Don't Trust more "horror" experience in the future so stay tuned.
