Firstly, what a BEAUTIFUL game. The lighting, the sound design, the general aesthetic, the voice acting, all of it’s beautiful. On top of that, the mechanics are very well executed with smooth controls and object manipulation.
Potential spoilers…
I played as much of the game as I could but got a bit stuck, although I went further than I thought. I collected 3 or 4 notes, one of which was in the draw upon which the horse statue rests. The note says something about a code and “The Lion only rests once the enemy is dead” or something along those lines. After a few seconds after I get this note, however, the narrator asks me to read the code and then the screen goes black and I’m back to the main menu?
Is this meant to happen? Is it a bug or is this as far as the game is, at the moment?
Either way, it’s an outstanding game for a game-jam and would love to see the full game when it’s ready!
