The developer explicity states that the idea is from viewfinder on this page. In my opinion the game does far more than enough to make a novel experience. And it's for free. Props for making a new account just to comment tho lol

It'd be really nice to have checkpoints. Or if you're not into that at least a sprint feature to make replays more bearable.
