Interesting concept, but it felt like the objects were spawning completely randomly, making it frustratingly slow to complete even a single recipe.

Really fun, really polished! The gameplay and controls is tight and the sound effects work really well. Difficulty ramps up a bit fast, so it takes a while to get to really enjoy my ninja powers. Well done!

Really fun game & a cool concept! Rest in peace, Sonni.

I thought it was interesting that idioms naturally have 2 obvious interpretations, so I was happy to see some games doing both! I also really enjoyed this game's low-res aesthetic

The submissions are now closed! Thanks to everyone who participated and submitted a game! You rock 😉

I'll delay the voting so you have until Monday to play all the games.

Thanks for the kind words!

I'm so excited to play this! But I'll have to wait until I wake up again. Goodnight!

My best score is 11.200. Can you beat it? ;)

Great! Looking forward to seeing your results! We'll be posting our process on twitter using the #idiomgamejam hashtag

Hello everyone!

The Idiom Game Jam is starting in 1 hour. The theme is:

"Leave No Stone Unturned"

You have 48 hours to submit a game which is reasonably inspired by the phrase "Leave No Stone Unturned". You can interpret the phrase literally or figuratively or in a whole other way. Happy jamming!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask here.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll add them to the random generator. Stay put for the theme reveal in a few minutes!

Welcome to the Idiom Game Jam everyone! The jam now starts in less than 24 hours. 1 hour before the game jam starts, we'll be choosing one idiom at random as the theme, which will be announced on the game jam page and via e-mail.

If you have any questions or want to suggest an idiom to be potentially chosen for the theme, feel free to respond to this topic.
