"When we started this...the AVN community was full of promise."

Doesn't sound too promising for the future to be honest. It kinda sounds like people were bored back then and are ready to move on now.  It sounds almost the same as the developer of Hillside barely a month ago. I do appreciate everyone finishing their game though. I feel like a lot of people don't really take into consideration what it takes to develop a game - Concept, Story, Artstyle, Rendering, Community Management and if it's not only a hobby, probably balance sheets as well.

Wir haben #Stolzmonat in Deutschland

A few thoughts:

01.) Games of this genre can't be bought on german Steam and creating a foreign fake account is a hassle. What does work is buying the game here and getting a (gift) code for Steam.

02.) Will you update the character pages before chapter 3? Half of them are buggy.

03.) You've hinted at improving your player/character stats a few times before.  Do you have any idea when/if we will be able to train and/or actually play football (or other sports) and if so, will it be similar to the boxing in "TheUnbroken"?

A little addition: I like the Kyle Rittenhouse reference in chaper 1. As someone who followed (as in livestreamed via Youtube) the whole trial from Germany and supported him, this hits close to home. Portaying something like this takes courage and portaying it not black/white takes storytelling skill.

First of all, I'd like to say "great game". I think the storytelling is up there with the likes of Dark Blue (Hillside) & Drifty, I think your characters are even more realistic. In this genre a lot of characters and themes are just a means to an end, but I feel like you really want to tell a story. I appreciate that.

If I'm not mistaken, you're still working on "We were just kids"? If so, I'd like to suggest to maybe only focus on Break the Chains first and maybe finish the other game after that. Not to say the other game is bad, but this is your "Magnum Opus" thus far. I'm saying this because updates take a long time and people lose focus really fast. You deliver huge updates, but maybe splitting a chapter into 2 or 3 parts and releasing them every 2 months would build up more momentum.

But anyway, thanks for your great work.

Did you play Vampire: The Masquerade -  Bloodlines back in the day?

Another great update.

Do we have to buy every update as a standalone update? I bought "Season 1" & "Season 2 Part 1", but I don't have access to "Season 2 Part 2". I'm willing to support your work and I think you do an amazing job, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to spend 40+ Euros on one season...so my question is: Does the price include the amount of money we already paid or are those individual purchases?

Love your work. The game gives me Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines vibes - one of my favorite games ever.

That was actually a quite enjoyable game until the latest chapters.

A bit of degeneracy is to be expected from a country which elected authoritarian libtard feminist cuckboy Justin "Blackface" Trudeau, but the last few chapters take the cake.

It's time to wipe out the woke mind virus. It's time for vaccine mandates.

Glad you're back then. I get Vampire: Bloodlines vibes from the game, which is one of my favorite RPGs of all times.

Itch.io doesn't process payments for "adult content" anymore. Several other game developers were sharing this, so I thought it might affect you as well.

Aren't you concerned about the recent policy changes on itch.io?

Yeah, well...in Germany all games with adult content are banned on Steam.

I'm betting my money on Leap of Faith as one crossover since Lexi Dimante was shown in a picture already.

Since there aren't that many major characters in the first place (parents dead) besides MC, Jaye and Mallory, I'm a little worried, depending on what we're talking about when "a major character will be leaving the story" - temporarily or permanently?
I'm guessing a major event will take place as it was the case in Leap of Faith and will shake up the state of things, that's why we get so many new characters. This sounds interesting, but at the same time it feels risky because the game was mostly about a core group of characters until now
