I am not really surprised as few things needs to change as best artists are not free. Some don't do NSFW like me as I only post SFW to public and keep NSFW private. There will end up being either use AI, or loosen up on the requirements as this is 2024 and basic living is expensive.

Well he did walk out on FNIA Studios as well way before now and they didn't get the chance to release the 4.0 update and had to be delayed. I actually got interested in both FNIA and FNAF after I started playing FNIA studio's visual novel. So, it's not just Yuuto he walked out that close to releasing the update. Which begs the question to be honest, who else as both times were close to completion? To be honest the only thing I question is the integrity.

Here is a real good suggestion you might want to look into for an alternative. Try using AI to replicate mairusu/rex's design style as it could help you right now as a replacement for the artwork. Plus AI will be more efficient as well since AI Tech is improving and most importantly AI won't walk out on you like Rex did at the bloody last minute, what a cheap dunce move. Trying AI as a replacement is your saving grace to continue your passion.

There is 3d character like either models used in the 3d classic before Frenni, Bonfie, and Chiku, or MMD which has what you would need. Yet I only noticed the MMD versions has Lolbit, FT Chica, and Shadow Bonnie skins bisides the 10 which I know of that have the BB model. There are visual novels that used MMD character models. Now that I recall there is one MMD model that FNIA studios used for William Afton in their novel. There is 4 MMD Bonnie skins(Bonnie, SpringBonnie, Shadowbonnir, and surprisingly Bunzo Bunny), 3 MMD foxy skins(foxy, mangle, lolbit), 2 MMD freddy skins(freddy, goldy), 2 MMD Chica skins(Cica, FT chica), MMD BB, and MMD puppet that I know of.

I know people will not be fond of this idea but I will say it.

Can I suggest try using AI to enhance the characters and background that is already there? AI generation can help with replicating.

Develop the game at your pace, release it at your own time, the game is the reflection of it's creator, the best part is the journey of development. Here is good question. Of comes to the older version before the remake, is that be open as a free download? I think it would be a good idea as the 2D versions before the revamp beta would be more like the classic Fremy's as it's still in away of supporting which you can put a donations request for the revamp development.

Ever thought of a different file system instead of .exe as that file type is known to be very unstable. I gotten bluescreens before when on Mairusu's FNIA games because it uses the .exe files. The 1.9 Arcade mode was a tad unstable and I am using a low end windows 11 and using Steam to bypass the virus scan. 

I've noticed about Tangle from Mastermax888 on youtube. I have two questions, do you know there is a Tangle in FNAF Freddy's world, and UCN which is a clone of Mangle but in a different color pallet and eyes like lolbit? Second question, will there be a skin that shows a repaired version of Tangle as there are models of oc Tangle like Mangle in the repaired state?

It does not look the same as the demo.

I like the demo version over the complete version on steam as the Building and the Characters are more closer to a type of dating sim that is simple and closer to an actual Japanese school building. It be more appreciated if you can make the main version like the demo version it be more proper and more closer to a typical romance sim with normal schoolkid hair jobs

It's the 0.5.5 version that have the change on the boarded cafeteria challenge that requires the crowbar.

Though, the older versions that is prior to the boarded door challenge at the Mess Hall(Cafeteria) is good for people with slower reaction timing(that can't be helped). Which version that is prior to the effect?

Personally, I like the 8.2 version because of the useable lockers in classroom. Though I do suggest about improving the interaction function. Combining E&F keys so doors, lockers, cabinets, gathering keys, gathering tools and removing bolts, lastly, pushing the Yandere to the ground like a old school boy, and killing the Yandere with the knife can be interacted with one key function. The Crowbar do not remove bolts only a wrench can. By combing the interaction key function, reaction timing will improve.

Have you ever thought of putting your game on Steam? Also, I kinda missed the useable lockers in classroom. Also, the school layout reminds me of a standard American high school due to the lockers in the Hallway. In Japanese schools, the only lockers is in Gym changing rooms and class rooms. Yet, there is Class A, B, C, and D on two floors.
