Just got back on the game and everything works now which is odd but thank you for your help and response I greatly appreciate.  

I did change the light quality to very high after I posted the comment the light displays on the ground now but the rear cab and rear bumper lights do not light up so must be static light 

Awesome Mod works great got on tonight bought another truck and now there's no lights on the back of the cab or the rear light bars and I have it selected as an option
