the game uses Vulkan, if your GPU doesn't support Vulkan, that could be the problem.

otherwise, i've added the debug export of the game as a download:

debug_mightworkiftheotheronecrashes.exe

if you have the courage to try again, try that exe.

all files downloaded from a chromium browser are CRDOWNLOADs while they are downloading in-progress. you most likely have a caching issue, or some odd bug going on with your computer.

if you have the courage to try again, i would attempt to clear your browser's cache (or try a different browser), restart your computer, pray to the gods above, and PRESS...THAT...BUTTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
