I was able to place down an endgame building while having it selected and clicking retry, immediately plummeting me to negative 297 cultists and losing the game

Pretty fun, I only wish that the flamethrower could aim (if it's supposed to), that collecting hearts doesn't penalize you and the robot wouldn't randomly evade you while you have a congaline of hearts. Perhaps an endless mode would freshen it up as well.

I don't remember this episode of VeggieTales

Managed to beat the game with zero casualties but got the worst rating of Hal 9000 (highly notorious homicidal AI) for taking way too long
lol

I like how you added their reaction to being attacked by the player! Quite thoughtful.

YIPEE!

I found that upgrading max egg count wasn't really worth it as much as upgrading egg spawn time.

It's a trick a lot of subversive indie games use. Basically the game searches for the user file that usually named after you, and then it repeats it in the game. It's spooky at first but it gets dry when you see it done too many times.

took me a while until I learned it was a advertainment piece. lots of needless waiting between textboxes though.

The moment I read what happened when you closed the window I did exactly what I saw.

Are you using WAV files for the tracks instead of midi files? I'm often told that WAV files take up a lot more space then midi ones, so earlier games would have their music in midi format to save lots of space. It's why in-game tracks are different from album release tracks.

The installer/installation was pretty janky. Ended up having to manually move the game into my program files. Also how is this almost 1 gigabyte, it doesn't seem like it would take up that much space?

We replaced the workforce with expendable machinations that have equally unwavering loyalty. Best game.

<3 I love clean energy! <3

Perhaps a speedup option. Or maybe incremental scaling of buildings to prevent spamming being an option that always works. multi select and mass upgrade features would help reduce the clicks required for large-scale production.

I saw some kind of comic pack on one of the support bundles once that seemed more like free advertising than a donation.

A lot of applications on this website seem sketchy, as they do require you to authorize them on some permission. However, if you're looking to actually run the applications, then you may have to take this risk. Octodad isn't that sketchy though, in my opinion. He does look really crusty though.
