Good job, man. But why implement "getting out of bed" and "going to the start menu" using different buttons. I'm not really into Unity, but I think you can assign these two actions to one button, for example, "e". Also, after pressing "M", when we return to the start menu, at least I do not have a mouse cursor. What if I want to play this wonderful game again, and the mouse cursor is missing, and I have to log out of the game first to do this.
