I covered this in my video where I played 5 different sewer themed horror games. I personally felt that Cloacaphobia was tedious and very difficult to complete - but there is definitely a LOT of work put into this. I covered some other games by Aza Games Studio as well in my video, that being TRAPT and Crawlerphobia, and I felt like this game Cloacaphobia had more elements and detail than both those games combined. So... It's definitely HARD but it feels great when you finish.

This was the second game I played in my video where I tried 5 horror games themed around the sewers. I had fun with this, but I was very angry when I died by fall damage inches away from one of the endings. Furthermore, the snake entity in the sub level was very difficult for me to get past. But all in all, the game has its scary moments, the monster designs are decent, and also the gross gore involved was an excellent touch. The storage crate area is fantastic. FYI I did get both endings, and I got both endings in the previous sewer game "TRAPT" as well. In my vid I got all endings for all the games I played - and Crawlerphobia took me a bunch of tries. I get lost easily in the labyrinth of tunnels and pipes because I have the brain of a fuckin sea snail. But I felt great when I was done and fully completed Crawlerphobia. For a free game, this is worth the try. I recommend it. Just be careful stepping in the toxic sludge, and be careful with fall damage. My only two gripes are those.
This was the first game I played in my video where I tried 5 horror games all themed around the sewers. I include a breakdown of my thoughts in the video but for those reading here and now, it's solid. The entity being able to one-hit you is annoying, and understanding the AI's paths is difficult, but the game is also free by default, and I think for a free horror game there are more positives to take from this than negatives. A great experience. Good job, Aza Games.
PS. The homeless guy by the trash scared the shit out of me.
