That was originally the idea, with the harsh tilt originally only used for dev purposes, but BurtBot himself said he preffered the jolted tilt! I don't have a preference personally. However, I just built v1.01 with some bug fixes, and that includes changing how the SFX works for movement! I think it will be a bit better for players. I don't have access to edit this page, unfortunately, so I have to wait to be given access for me to add it.

Thanks for the feedback Mark! I do agree that the sound effect is a bit jarring, I want to change it to where it only goes off once and doesn't play again unless the character becomes completely still again. However the tilt goes with the story: the pond is supposed to be floating in the sky and you have to tilt it to make the fish move, it's part of the core gameplay. I think it's associated with that loud sound effect and that might be what makes it seem jarring to you, so hopefully when that's fixed it'll be much less disruptive to the calm nature of the game!
