The game isn't detecting a quest 3 headset using virtual desktop streamer.
Turns out it was bugged. should be fixed in newest update.
You have to fill the pleasure bar of the giantess wolf. Then find her in the fields again and be nice to her in the following dialogue choices.
The next update is coming soon....hopefully!
Is there any way to set the game to 4k or put it into windowed mode?
