There are choices to be made, but only to a certain extent. Some choices can affect some major things like missing out on some girls, or stuff that can come back later in the story. I don't think any choices make significant story changes though other than not being able to get with certain girls.

I don't think ive even seen anything about pregnancy yet in the story and I did enable it. Maybe its for something in the future.
