Turned out I was wrong anyway--I was remember a much older version.
after updating to 1.9c, I noticed the slow movement. Increasing the FPS slightly helped.
Are you minimizing vtuberkit? It has to be left open on the desktop for proper capture.
I think it is because the input field expects the hex to be all caps. Delete last character and retype and it changes the rest to match.
Being able to change the headpat art, similar to the thrown item, would be sweet.
