Definitely! Keep up the great work! :)

This was a very well made puzzle adventure game! I definitely appreciate the clever puzzles, the visuals and mechanics were great, and the music is something one can just drone on to while trying to figure out the puzzles. Overall, I really enjoyed your game! I hope you develop something like this further! :)

This one reminded me of an early 2000's cyberpunk game. The visuals and animations are great, though there's too much stuff on the screen to really focus on gameplay, but for 10 days, this isn't bad at all! The voice acting is good, and I enjoyed the futuristic cyberpunk music. Overall, great game jam game, and I wouldn't mind seeing something like this develop further! :)

Definitely appreciate the simplicity of the game play! The mechanics are good, and I enjoy the visuals, and the story was pretty funny, too! Great job on this one!

Indeed, keep up the great work! I wouldn't mind seeing this game develop further! :)

I think this game has a lot of potential! The simple platform mechanics were good, though it would make more sense to double tap the jump for the double jump instead of right mouse, that was very difficult to get used to. It seemed like not all sprites imported sharply, many sprites were pretty blurry. However, the story was GREAT, and I really enjoyed the opening sequence, and even the way the levels were laid out. Great start to this game. I would be excited to see this game develop more! :)

Great job on this one! I enjoyed the visuals, and the mechanics, and you even put a cooldown timer in there for the special attack. The audio was okay, and it helped to have the story in your description.  The how to play screen was great, and I think the only bonus I wish the game had was holding the mouse for rapid fire instead of 1 click per round. Overall though, I enjoyed your game!

Well, I would love to play and vote on your game, but I can't get past the title screen. The Start Game and Quit buttons don't work. :(

I liked the visuals, and the combat mechanics were good, though I thought that instead of using Q and E to block, you could use Right Mouse Button to block, and aim high or low with the W and S keys, as you move the character, just to make the flow between attack and defense as smooth as possible.  Other than that, I really enjoyed playing the game! :)

I love shooters, and you did a great job for the game jam! I appreciate how "Asteroids"-like it is, the mechanics are great, especially that turret, I think that's pretty unique. The music is catchy and the AI and visuals aren't bad!  Great job!

It's fixed and posted! :D

It's fixed and posted! :D

Haha, thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it! :D

For historical purposes and not to take space on my main page anymore:

[UPDATE 1]

Due to an unknown bug causing the themed version to crash, I was unable to submit the themed version. However, I will submit the themed version as soon as I work out the show stopping bug.

[END OF UPDATE 1]

[UPDATE 2]

I have started the re-build process of the themed version, so I hope you all will check it out as soon as it's finished! In the meantime, I have also added an  in-browser playable version of the  text-only version of the game, so you all can at least play that until the main game is re-built!

Thanks!

[END OF UPDATE 2]

[UPDATE 3]

I have finally rebuilt and exported what was original intended for this game jam, and even though it's still not perfect, it is considered complete! Enjoy

! [END OF UPDATE 3]

Very nice game! I definitely enjoyed the mechanics, music, sound and aesthetics! Definitely potential for a really cool platformer! I am partial to plaformers, and even have one in development. Great work! :)

I do understand what you mean by more of a toy than a game. However, what is playable now, is not the final version of the game. I had issues with my main submission, so the game you played is the base version that I was still able to get exported. I am almost finished rebuilding my official submission, so if you like the bare bones text version, then I hope you'll enjoy the themed version when it is released. It is definitely meant to be a sort of party game, that can fit any theme though. You could even create your own quiz game and have others input their answers and see where it leads.  Thanks for the comments! I will definitely play/rate/commend on your game as well! :)

I enjoyed the mechanics and music, though I don't normally care much for clicker games, this one is pretty good, especially for a game jam game. Good job!

Neat game! I really like how you did the level layout map on your page. And the levels are a little challenging, but not overwhelming, and the hints are appreciated as a new player. Looking forward to checking new games out! Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the encouragement! I had most of the pixel art done by my team (I'm not great at pixel art), and a couple of assets are open source. This has been a part time project, but I am happy with how it's turning out, a little at a time!
