Fun little game! Took me a bit to realize how important having the respawn power up was. Missile volley was def my favourite weapon, partly because I suck at aiming but also because it was really satisfying watching them all fly out

ok

Played the web version. Looked good, jumping and shooting was responsive enough, was a fun boss fight at the end dodging the attacks. A lot of screen shake though.

Cool central mechanic with the throwing!

Good interpretation of the theme, unique from what entries I've seen so far! Unfortunately I also get the cards sort of overlap and stay on screen, and then the freeze at the end. Graphics and audio were very polished.

Super polished jam game, collecting air jumps is a really cool mechanic. Best entry I've played so far this jam!

Neat platformer, graphics had a lot of charm. Also had the same bug some other mentioned where the menu stayed open in game but I just kinda hit random buttons until it went away.

glad you liked it!

ooh ooh ah ah

Thanks! Yeah I've been thinking of doing that some day, like adding in a store management type scene at the end of the week. Happy to hear that you'd be interested in a full version!

Good looking game! I like the 2d sprites in a 3d world aesthetic. I agree with the other comments about the tavern camera being hard to use and also that locking the mouse to the screen would make it easier to control. Had some good character to it.

Good game! Was pretty fun, very rewarding to watch my army grow. Got 800 gold in the end.

Really beautiful game, surprisingly emotional. I thought it was a good spin on the idea behind baba is you. Was funny trying to write hammer and suddenly having a ham appear. I don't have any constructive criticism to give that hasn't been given by other commenters. Good work!

Ducks together strong. 10/10 quacking noises. The camera was a bit hard to control. 3d platforming was okay. I do love ducks.

Good art work! Controls were a bit iffy. Shame about the attack graphics, I was wondering about that while playing. Fit the theme well.

Really liked this game, super unique. Not entirely convinced on fitting the theme but was a good experience and easily completed in a single sitting.

Penguins were cute as hell, I was skeptical of the game at first but realizing I was a penguin looking for my penguin child made the ending great. Mouse sensitivity was a bit high, shame the particle effects didn't work because that would have definitely added to the atmosphere. Nice game!

The art from the preview looks nice! Hope to play it some day.

Shame that the browser thing doesn't load :/

Really cute game, thought it was pretty funny when the fish shooting mechanic was introduced. Well polished!

Nice job! Shame the web version crashes :/ really like the idea of a space fleet game tho, works well for the jam theme.

Cool game! Shame there's no music.

Apes together strong. Enjoyed it!

Neat game, really hard. I think for games like this you'd really benefit from having it be faster to get back into the game. As it is its like 10 seconds to restart and get back to playing when you die, which is often. Decent platformer though!

Really fun platformer! I don't think it fits the theme tho. Great music!

Good take on the theme! There sure was ants

how was this funny this was traumatizing, i need therapy after shooting a green blobbin in the face

Rated M for psychological horror this was so sad. I love the green blobbins.

Played and rated!

Ooh ooh ah ah its monkey time.

Good take on flappy bird, although I would argue that it just becomes more difficult together. Good scope for a game jam tho.

Really cool! Wish I had had a friend on hand to play the other beaver.

Very nice looking game and I like the concept. I don't have much to add that others haven't said, I definitely agree that having some smaller levels would have made it easier to get into.

Pretty fun, was nice to be able to win a game this jam! I think you really should credit where you got the Earth asset from though, not just say you got it from the internet.

Seal bouncing physics was beautiful. Gave me serotonin.

Super well polished game, nice work!

Unfortunately got pretty laggy.

This was a good interpretation of the theme! I enjoyed it!

Nice looking game. Did you make the music as well? The laser firing was a bit slow. Best looking game I've seen thus far tho, love the low-poly.

I try
